The Job

  • An exciting opportunity to become a qualified Commercial Insurance Broker with one of Northamptonshire’s leading and long established Independent Insurance Brokers.
  • An office based sales role designed to rapidly develop individuals into successful broking professionals.
  • This is a trainee role offering comprehensive on the job training, technical product support, and the opportunity to progress with insurance industry qualifications.
  • The role would suit an ambitious and highly self motivated individual looking to take the next step towards a recognised profession within a rewarding industry.
  • Basic annual salary plus commission, with expected first and second year on target earnings (OTE) for this trainee role of £20,000 and £24,000 respectively.
  • Excellent long term earning potential and career prospects within an expanding company.
